Among Beth’s areas of expertise is her two decades of coal, oil, and gas rights, and gas storage representation, particularly with respect to subsurface title disputes, land right acquisition, project development, easements, and regulatory compliance. She has represented numerous subdivisions and homeowners’ associations in collections, zoning and land use matters, corporate governance, and litigation in multiple counties. Beth has represented landowners in eminent domain defense for condemnations brought by private companies, by state offices or by the federal government.
